How do Important Things work?

Important Things let you highlight up to 3 tasks that cross-cut all your projects. They appear in a gold-highlighted section at the top of your task list so you always know what matters most today. Tap the star icon on any task to mark it as important.

How do shared projects work?

With a premium subscription, you can create shared projects and invite contributors via a link or code. Contributors can add tasks to your project through a public contribute page. Shared projects are grouped by collaborator in a dedicated section.

How do I restore my premium subscription?

On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On the web, your subscription is managed through Stripe. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Sign in with the same account to restore access.

How do recurring tasks work?

When creating or editing a task, set a recurrence interval (daily, weekly, or monthly). When you complete a recurring task, a new instance is automatically created for the next occurrence.

What's the difference between kanban and list view?

List view shows all tasks in a simple checklist. Kanban view organizes tasks into columns: To Do, In Progress, and Done. Drag tasks between columns to update their status. Both views show the same tasks — it's just a different way to visualize your work.
