Common Questions

How do I change my sobriety date?

Go to Settings within the app and tap your sobriety date to change it. Your streaks and milestones will recalculate automatically.

How do I restore my premium purchase?

Premium themes are tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Your purchase should restore automatically when you reinstall.

How does sync work across platforms?

Tracker uses Firebase to sync your data across iOS and Android. Sign in with the same account on both platforms and your sobriety date, milestones, and preferences will stay in sync.

How do I reset my data?

You can change your sobriety date in Settings to start fresh. To completely remove all data, delete the app. If you have a cloud account, email us at jeff@horiz.studio to delete your cloud data.

How do I set up widgets?

On iOS, long-press your home screen, tap the + button in the top corner, and search for Horizon Tracker. Choose from 4 widget sizes. On Android, long-press your home screen and select Widgets, then find Horizon Tracker in the list.
